Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of the WAFlowMessage website, the WAFlowMessage Chrome extension and any related services (together, the “service”). By installing the extension or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. You are responsible for using the service in compliance with all laws that apply to you and with the rules of any third-party platform you connect it to. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page, and continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Intellectual property rights

The service — including its software, design, text and branding — is owned by WAFlowMessage or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission. “WAFlowMessage” and the WAFlowMessage logo are our trademarks; nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

User responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for the contact lists, message content, attachments and templates you send through the service. By using it, you agree that you will:

• only message people who can reasonably expect to hear from you, and honor opt-out requests;
• comply with all applicable privacy, anti-spam and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

You must not use the service to:

• send unsolicited, unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages;
• commit fraud or distribute malware, phishing or harmful links;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent any affiliation;
• harvest phone numbers without a lawful basis;
• attempt to circumvent WhatsApp’s restrictions, security measures or technical safeguards.

Features such as sending intervals and batching are designed to encourage responsible pacing, but they do not guarantee that your WhatsApp account will not be reviewed, limited or suspended. We may suspend or restrict access to the service for any violation of these terms.

WhatsApp and third-party services

WAFlowMessage is an independent tool. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp itself remains subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and policies. WhatsApp may change its products, features or policies at any time, which may affect how the service works. We cannot guarantee that the service will always function with every future version of WhatsApp Web, and we are not responsible for account restrictions, delivery failures or other outcomes that arise from WhatsApp’s policies or actions.

License to the software

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the extension for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, lease or create derivative works from the software, nor remove any proprietary notices from it.

Subscriptions and payments

The service includes a free forever plan and optional paid plans. Pricing is shown before you complete a purchase. Purchases and billing are processed by the Chrome Web Store and its payment providers — we never receive or store your card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the terms disclosed at purchase. You must provide accurate billing information through the store, and failed or declined payments may result in paid features being paused.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time before its renewal date — through your Chrome Web Store subscriptions page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are handled in line with the Chrome Web Store’s refund policies and applicable law; cancelling a subscription alone does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and working well, but we provide it without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time — for example because WhatsApp changed something, your browser updated, or for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including reliability, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise any particular delivery rate, marketing result or business outcome, and we are not responsible for the actions of third parties, including account restrictions, delivery failures or platform changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAFlowMessage and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages — including lost data, lost revenue, account restrictions or missed business opportunities — arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you use only the free plan, to the maximum extent permitted by law). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled. Please read it before using the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may stop using the service at any time — uninstalling the extension also erases the data stored locally in your browser. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
